This week’s cocktail recipe tastes like a long summer’s afternoon, even as ours get shorter. Let’s give summer one final send-off with this strawberry and lemon cocktail.
 

Strawberry Cider Cocktail

1.5 oz Broken Trail Distillery Holy Ghost Vodka
3 oz Strawberry Lemonade
5 oz Tractor Delicious Red Hard Apple Cider
1 Lemon Wheel
2-3 Fresh Strawberries

Place one lemon wheel, 2-3 strawberries, and vodka into a cocktail glass. Muddle together. Fill with ice. Cover and shake until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into desired glass. Add lemonade, and gently pour cider on top. Enjoy!
